Do I need a computer?
Yes, for now. You build and price proposals in the Bidas app for Mac or Windows. Your client needs nothing — they open a link on any phone or computer to read and sign. A phone app for iPhone and iPad is coming soon.
Is it free?
The free plan includes 3 proposals a month, 13 of the 50 templates and 15 colour themes, and needs no credit card. Paid plans add every template and theme, unlimited proposals, hosted links with e-signature, and team sync.
Does it handle permits and inspection?
Yes. The HVAC setup comes with a "Permits and inspection" clause — "Mechanical permits and inspection fees are billed at cost unless included as a line item above. We schedule and attend inspections on your behalf." You can edit it or add your own terms.
Can I use my own hvac contractor services and prices?
Yes. Bidas starts you with 6 HVAC services at starter prices — change any price, rename a service, or add your own.
Can my office manager use it too?
