Do I need a computer?
Yes, for now. You build and price proposals in the Bidas app for Mac or Windows. Your client needs nothing — they open a link on any phone or computer to read and sign. A phone app for iPhone and iPad is coming soon.
Is it free?
The free plan includes 3 proposals a month, 13 of the 50 templates and 15 colour themes, and needs no credit card. Paid plans add every template and theme, unlimited proposals, hosted links with e-signature, and team sync.
Does it handle permits, bonds and fees?
Yes. The General Contracting setup comes with a "Permits, bonds and fees" clause — "Building permits, plan review, impact fees and any required bonds are billed at cost plus handling unless carried as a line item above." You can edit it or add your own terms.
Can I use my own general contractor services and prices?
