Do I need a computer?
Yes, for now. You build and price proposals in the Bidas app for Mac or Windows. Your client needs nothing — they open a link on any phone or computer to read and sign. A phone app for iPhone and iPad is coming soon.
Is it free?
The free plan includes 3 proposals a month, 13 of the 50 templates and 15 colour themes, and needs no credit card. Paid plans add every template and theme, unlimited proposals, hosted links with e-signature, and team sync.
Does it handle access, pets and valuables?
Yes. The Residential Cleaning setup comes with a "Access, pets and valuables" clause — "Please let us know in advance about alarm codes, pets and any rooms you would rather we skipped. We ask that cash and small valuables be put away before a visit — not because we expect a problem, but because it removes any question later." You can edit it or add your own terms.
Can I use my own house cleaning company services and prices?

Can my office manager use it too?
