Look bigger than a handwritten quote
A cover, a letter to the client, scope of work and a signature page — the proposal fencing contractors send when they want to be taken seriously, even if the office is your truck.
Prices total themselves
Ornamental Aluminum Fence, Automatic Gate Operator and Fence Repair and Post Reset come ready as line items. Set quantities and Bidas adds up the lines, discount and tax.
Your client signs online
Send a link instead of a PDF. Your client reads it on any phone, signs with Accept & Sign, and you see when they opened it. Included in paid plans.
Questions
Do I need a computer?
Yes, for now. You build and price proposals in the Bidas app for Mac or Windows. Your client needs nothing — they open a link on any phone or computer to read and sign. A phone app for iPhone and iPad is coming soon.
Is it free?
The free plan includes 3 proposals a month, 13 of the 50 templates and 15 colour themes, and needs no credit card. Paid plans add every template and theme, unlimited proposals, hosted links with e-signature, and team sync.
Can I use my own fencing contractor services and prices?
Yes. Bidas starts you with 6 Fencing & Gates services at starter prices — change any price, rename a service, or add your own.
Can my office manager use it too?
Yes. Team plans share one workspace, so your office manager and estimators work from the same clients, prices and templates.
